Your rising sign changes roughly every two hours, which means an uncertain birth time can throw your entire chart off. If you were born at home, in another country, or simply never had your time recorded accurately, you may have been reading the wrong chart your whole life without knowing it. Chart rectification is the process of working backwards through the key events of your life to pinpoint your true birth time and with it, your correct rising sign. This is deep, precise work, so I've structured it across two dedicated sessions to give it the attention it deserves. Session one The deep dive We go through the significant moments of your life together relationships, career shifts, losses, turning points, major beginnings and endings. I use a 2 to 3 hour birth time window and cross-reference your life events with planetary movements to narrow down your true chart. This session is all about gathering, questioning, and getting precise. Session two Your real chart, read properly Once your birth time is confirmed, we reconvene for a full reading of your rectified chart. This is where it all clicks into place the placements that finally feel true, the patterns that suddenly make sense, and the self-understanding that comes from knowing you're working with the right foundation. If you've ever felt like astrology doesn't quite fit or that your chart doesn't reflect your lived experience, this is often why. Rectification is the foundation that makes everything else make sense. Come to session one with a list of significant life events and approximate dates. The more detail you bring, the more accurate the process.
Cancellation Policy
At Mangostrology, I value your time and energy as much as mine. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your session. 1. Booking Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking system or via direct communication with me. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Your Right to Cancel (Distance & Off-Premises Contracts) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you booked online or remotely, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of booking — unless your session is scheduled to take place within that 14-day window. By completing your booking for a session within 14 days, you expressly agree to waive this cooling-off right, and acknowledge the session will be delivered before the cancellation period expires. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24hours before the scheduled time at no cost, and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded. If you wish to reschedule within the 24-hour window, please contact me directly at mango@mangostrology.com. I will do my best to accommodate your situation, though the cancellation fee may still apply. 4. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me in advance, the session will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued. This reflects the legitimate costs incurred in reserving your appointment slot. 5. Exceptions I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, please reach out to me directly. Exceptions are considered at my discretion and do not affect your statutory rights. 6. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients. Full payment remains due for the originally booked session length. 7. Refunds Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation, returned to your original payment method. This is in line with the Payment Services Regulations 2017. Refunds will not be issued in circumstances where the no-show policy applies. 8. Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
