Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Mangostrology At Mangostrology, I value your time and energy as much as mine. Please read the following booking policy carefully before confirming your session: 1. Booking Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking system or via direct communication with me. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from your refund. If you wish to reschedule within the 12-hour window, please contact me directly at mango@mangostrology.com. I will do my best to accommodate your situation, though fees may still apply. 3. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 4. Exceptions I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours due to an emergency, please reach out to me directly. Exceptions are at my discretion. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly to avoid overlapping with the next client. Full payment is still required. 6. Refunds Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5–10 business days] back to your original payment method.
