Your birth chart is the map of the moment you arrived in the world and it tells a story only you can live. In this reading I walk you through the core themes, gifts, and recurring patterns woven into your chart, giving you a framework for understanding yourself that goes far deeper than your sun sign. The essential reading (£45) gives you a rich overview of your life story and the major themes I identify, or if you have a burning question, we can focus on one key area of your life. Ready to go deeper? The comprehensive reading lets us explore up to three areas or take a more detailed dive into two. Ideal for anyone new to astrology or coming to Mangostrology for the first time.
Cancellation Policy
At Mangostrology, I value your time and energy as much as mine. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your session. 1. Booking Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking system or via direct communication with me. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 2. Your Right to Cancel (Distance & Off-Premises Contracts) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you booked online or remotely, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of booking — unless your session is scheduled to take place within that 14-day window. By completing your booking for a session within 14 days, you expressly agree to waive this cooling-off right, and acknowledge the session will be delivered before the cancellation period expires. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24hours before the scheduled time at no cost, and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and less than 6 hours 90% with the remainder refunded. If you wish to reschedule within the 24-hour window, please contact me directly at mango@mangostrology.com. I will do my best to accommodate your situation, though the cancellation fee may still apply. 4. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me in advance, the session will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued. This reflects the legitimate costs incurred in reserving your appointment slot. 5. Exceptions I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, please reach out to me directly. Exceptions are considered at my discretion and do not affect your statutory rights. 6. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients. Full payment remains due for the originally booked session length. 7. Refunds Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation, returned to your original payment method. This is in line with the Payment Services Regulations 2017. Refunds will not be issued in circumstances where the no-show policy applies. 8. Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
